I have AudioBox 96 USB and I need to change Hz numbers for running. I have no idea why it's keep doing this but this problem is so annoying. I'm using my audio interface with pair of Eris E5. The problem is for example I started a Youtube video and then close the video. Monitors are stop working ( I mean they're working but with no any sound) I need to go to Control Panel>Sound>Choose Interface>Advanced and change the Hz numbers. I tried to uninstall and re-install the universal control but it doesn't work. Same for Spotify and other things. I tried to connect all things to my MacBook Air and they worked properly. I did all the basic things like disable all enhancements or turn off the exclusive mode. Here's the quick video about my problem

I just refunded AudioBox 96 and bought a Focusrite Solo. There's no solution I can find and tech support does not helped.

Hi!

I got Audiobox 96 25th Anniversary and noticed a very surprising thing about the USB-cable. If I use the cable that came with the Audiobox, I have lots of random problems with it. Mostly Studio One does not recognize the Audiobox. When trying to start Studio One there comes a warning saying "We´re sorry. Studio One quit unexpectedly. Then if I click "Start normally" Then comes "Failed to open Line (3- AudioBox USB 96)!". The problem can be something else too: Everything seems work fine until I start to playback my recorded track. Studio One plays for couple of second, then it freezes.

BUT when I use the similar looking USB 2.0 A/B cable from my ********* U-Phoria or LaCie external USB hard drive, everything works fine. No problems at all. I have three laptops with Windows 10 and Linux LMDE4 dual boot systems. I have tried all the USB-ports on all the laptops on all their operating systems.

BUT also some other USB-cable than from ********* of LaCie didn´t work, and very similar problems appear as with Audiobox original USB-cable. Tested again with different USB-ports on different laptops and different OS´s. Weird, isn´t it? Seems Audiobox is very picky about the cable. Why doesn´t it approve it´s original cable then? Maybe it´s simply a bad one? Worth of trying several different USB-cables.
