Need the default main out attenuation knob level setting on my iostation 24c so I can calibrate my speakers/monitors.

The unity for the Main out and Headphone outputs is the full Clock-wise position of the knob. That is about the 4 o'clock position. This will give you the maximum audio output of the ioStation.
