Can I use the StudioLive 32SC and control each input as a seperate track/channel in Studio One 5 without it being my DAW's audio interface? I have another audio interface I want to be the main, but I need more individual input control in software.

You can use the mixer as you DAW's audio interface. The USB signal will only be controlled by the pre amp unless you change the digital send to POST where the Fat Channel processing will be part of the USB send.
