I want to know what is my best option to upgrade and get the new Studio one 5.  I have Studio one 4 professional.

Same question: I purchased Studio One 4 on June 29, 2019, I also can't update to version 5, I don't see download buttons in my products and the program answers "error in the server (state 500) .. how do you ago? Thanks

if i try on the website presonus cannot find install studio one 5 , just can find for Presonus Sphère :( 

I buy Studio one  in 5 april , so i can update for free, but cannot do

Same here.... very frustrated at this point.  Unable to find the free upgrade to 5.  Purchased 4.6 on April 22.  Received email telling me to make my choice between 5 and sphere.  Wish someone would have worked out the kinks before the release.

In the purchased items or products go to the studio one product and hit the greater than sign in your account near the product and it will show the redeem  in green.  Take your time and read as you decide to choose between the two.

After receiving the email from Presonus, you only get the free upgrade to Studio One 5 Professional if you purchased within 90 days of the release.  For example, I get the free upgrade to S1 5 Pro (or the free year of Sphere) because I purchased on 12 April 2020.  Since you purchased in 2019, you're not eligible for the free upgrade.  I'm not sure if you're talking about upgrading using your credit card or not though.  My issue is that I'm not seeing the "REDEEM" button that people are talking about and I"ve submitted a trouble ticket.
