Please provide an option to 'Loop Selected' to the new Score View (Score Editor) in Studio One 5.

Studio One 5's Score Editor is a wonderful addition to  Studio One.
Glad to see Notion's selection options have been well implemented:

  • Double click a measure to select a measure
  • Shift-click to increase or decrease the selection area
  • Marquee select notes

Cursor position in the Arrangement window actually changes to a position that corresponds to measures that are selected by double-clicking. Very cool.

It would be really helpful if selection of notes and measures could allow for looped playback, as is the case in Notion. The loops could even be 'temporary', ie, relegated to the Score View only. That would allow one to quickly test selected groups of notes and measures without needing to change/activate the loop settings in the Arrangement window.

This auto-looping feature would provide a good way to audition notation additions and changes, without having to keep stopping playback, (once the cursor has advanced beyond the selected area.)
