I have downloaded the latest drivers for the FirePod and FP10 but after unpacking the compressed file that I downloaded from Presonus website, the setup. Exe file is executed but I only see my little hourglass like it is trying to load for about 5 seconds and then nothing happens. I have tried running in compatibility mode, as an administrlator and any other way I could think to run it. I am trying to install it on a Windows 7 service pack 1 32-bit system. I have installed this on several other Windows installations on the same computer and it has work fine. I have never had this problem! Please help me! Thank you

There is something else on your system that is blocking the installation.

Please disable any anti-virus software you have running.

Double check your system for any malware that may be preventing new software installations.

If all else fails, since it works on systems as mentioned, then consider re-installing OS.
