Question

When I try to buy something from the Store that is built into the DAW on studio one 5 it plays a loading animation and then says loading checkout page, then it proceeds to say please wait while we activate your new product, then it says Your order is taking longer than usual to process. You should recieve and email with instructions shortly. But the email never arrives. Has anyone found a way to fix this? If so please let me know.
