Question

Greetings, to whom it may concern, I recently wanted to update the firmware and after starting the process the bulbs turned green, then the light where the usb connector is flashed blue and the Uc surface application does not recognize the console,  I don't have the FireWire 800 cable connected and I don't know if that could be part of the problem, please I need your help thanks

Ensure you are using a freshly formatted and support USB key.
