When I collaborate on a project in workspace. I can upload the .song file but when they download it, the downloaded file does not have the .wav tracks in it. It is the same when I download their file.

You need to zip the entire song including the wav files, and then upload the zip to the workspace.

They would then download the zip, uncompress it and open the song file to load the song with all the wav files present.
