Question

I qualified for the grace period free upgrade to Presonus Sphere, which was stated to last for one year. This week my account is no longer subscribed to Sphere and I have no idea why. I can no longer open Studio One 5 because it's not activated, and when I go to Sphere, I'm asked to purchase a subscription, even though I was only a few weeks into the year-long free subscription
