Question

I'm getting a low-end rumble on my vocals from the subwoofer. I've changed frequency levels and turned bass completely off on those channels. how can I fix this, or get any EQ setting examples for vocals? I use a Presonus 16.0.2 digital USB board

Low end rumble means to much low end in the signal. Try rolling off the low end. 200hz as a starting point.
