My internet connection was excellent, I tried to login to presonus account but it says

[Failed to connect to the server.

Please check your Internet connection and try again.]

my version is Studio one 5 prime and I can't update without Login

I tried re download but noting worked.

Something went wrong please help me

Same issue here today, renewed presonus and now it refuses to activate the sphere subscription so I had to use the trial version of studio one for now. Probably a general server issue.

Have you solved it? I have the same error. I didn't download anything at first, as I was at slow connection. The login never worked. I've downloaded the demo content, via website, but login from S1 doesn't work.
