I am chaining together a Quantum 4848 and a Quantum 2, with the 4848 being the "master". I tried connecting a UAD Apollo X Quad, via TB, and the device isn't recognized, when I open the UAD mixer.
Is it possible to use a 3rd party TB device as part of the Quantum setup? I really hope so.
