I bought a used iostation24c I didn't get the software that comes with it because its still registered to someone. Thanks

Hi, I had the same problem. Please contact Presonus via the support function (you have to be registered for 'My Presonus'). They will ask for the picture of the serial nr of your unit. After that they will register your unit for you and help you with getting the software. Hope it helps.
