I get a fail to register when I try and register my copy of 5 Artist

I just purchased  copy of Studio One 5 Artist and I am not able to activate it. I get a fail to activate message.

Hi there.  For licence issues you need to log a ticket with support.  These forums are frequented by users who do not have access to account information, unlike support.  The support guys and gals are very helpful and will be better equipped to help you.
