Logic Pro Won't see the quantum 2626 on aMac Pro Running Mojave

Pro tool and Logic Wont see Quantum 2626 in Hardware Prefs. on Mac Pro  Running Mojave.

When I open Logic Pro(10.5)or Pro Toools 2020.9 the 2626 dose'nt show up in the audio hardware prefs.I've done the uninstall and reinstall of the UC a few times. Can anyone Please help?
