I have 2 Presonus accounts, I want to remove v4 Artist from my pc and install and activate v4 pro from another account

I have tried using the Activate page but it refuses to work and come up with an error code

Have you tried backing up and deleting your "user.license" file? In Windows it's at "C:\ProgramData\PreSonus\Studio One 4". Then when activating use the email for the pro account.
