I have a Studio Channel I bought on eBay that now needs service and they won't give me service because I bought it used. I guess they are telling us that if we buy used equipment, they will not help or service it. In which case, eBay and Reverb and all music stores that sell used equipment need to be notifying their customers. I suppose the theory is to force you to buy a new unit. But why would anyone buy from someone that conducts that kind of business. You would think they would be happy to have happy customers willing to pay for the repairs. I have been unable to get a hold a manager to discuss this with. Apparently they don't care.

PreSonus has a world wide network to repair items and this indeed covers products that develop a fault and purchased 2nd hand. If you have logged a support ticket then please ensure you log in and have not missed the offer to start the process.

Thank you for the response. The service center informed me they were able to register the Studio One  to my account which allows them to proceed with the repair. Thank you for the clarification and I am thankful to be able to get the channel strip serviced instead of it ending usable device ending up in a landfill.
