Can I use 32-bit plugins in the x64 or 64-Bit version of Studio One?

Because the 64-bit version of Studio One is “true 64-bit”, 32-bit plugins are not supported. There are programs available to enable the use of 32-bit VST’s in 64-bit applications. Performance may vary with these programs and PreSonus does not support them.
