Question

The channel settings on the mixer are not acknowledged by my PC or DAWs (Capture 3, Reaper, etc.). The only setting that is recognized is the Gain control knob. When I try to mute the board, the individual channels do mute, but the DAWs are still recording audio from the mics that are muted. I have not been able to find a solution to resolve this.

Please advise.

The USB output for the 12 channels on the mixer are designed this way. You will need to mute in your software. Recording the main mix will have this feature.
