I use the AudioBox 1818VSL with Abelton and Mac. How can I have Main and Headphones be on the same mix simultaneously?

I would prefer to control the levels with the knobs on the interface and not have to change the output setting every time I want headphones. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx!
