I have been trying for over an hour to RENAME my channels in SL Remote on my laptop, then save to disk, and have them come up when I restart the computer? I have read several articles in the knowledge base but it STILL comes up with default Chan1 Chan2...etc.
According to the docs I should
1. I select the channel
2. Push Recall, which should give me a "Name:" prompt to allow me to rename. This is NOT happening?
Alternately, I have tried renaming the channels in SL Remote, then saving to disk, then SEND to device. Each time I restart it comes back with the defaults?
I am using Windows, and my console is the older Presonus 16-4-2 without AI. What am I doing wrong?
