Wanting to arrange a group in the mix window next to the channels that it relates to..

eg Snare group/Sum, Drum bus, snare Verb etc.. everything seems to be locked.

Also have started playing with midi drums in some sessions.. midi audio routing is also locked to the mix.. i cannot reorder faders.. move faders into a logical order.. eg. move snare sample channel next to real snare audio or even re-order the midi audio channels in SO5.. requires re routing in the instrument its self.. which can be painful when stereos are locked in first meaning kick drum starts after rooms and OHs.

channel list eg: snare top, snare bottom, snare sample(impact), snare Sum, snare verb for me would be ideal.

current channel list: Room, OH, Kick, Snare top Snare bottom, (rest of drums), Kick sum, Snare sum, Toms group, Impact Kick, Impact snare, Snare verb, Drum BUS..

would be nice to group faders and reorder.

Hi.  When you have the mixer open, click the wrench icon.  There should be options like "keep VCA on right" and similar options for busses/FX channels.  Make sure none of these are click/ticked/check marked.

when unchecking the mix option to keep groups and VCAs right

you are still unable to reorder midi audio tracks (Impact, SSD, ETC.) or drop groups and VCAs between the Midi Audio channels.
