Question

Somehow i can´t delete the chords which are underneath the event in the edit view. Why?

OK, in your Editor (inside its frame or widow if you have floating) look at the toolbar, click on the ERASE (4) pointer tool and place it over the chord and click it, the chord will be deleted. then chose the Pointer Tool to get your pointer back.
