Hi,

I have the 1824c and am simply trying to record the Main Mix that I hear through my monitoring headphones and mains via Windows recording devices (for any program that does not use ASIO, e.g. Zoom, Skype, Discord, etc.).

I cannot figure out how to do this.

I've tried the "loopback" feature, but the "Mix 1/2" loopback option does not map to any related Windows Recording device, so seems to serve no purpose. The "Virtual" option for loopback *does* map to a Windows Recording device named "Virtual 1/2", but it does not include my microphone (yes, it's unmuted in the mixer window so it's audible via direct monitoring).

So, how can I record my Main Mix? This must have a simple answer that I'm just not understanding. I've had multiple, much simpler audio interfaces that made it very clear how to do this.

I've contacted support about this, but they've closed my ticket without answering my question. So what am I missing here?

Thanks.
