I am trying to open a wav file from the QSC Touchmix16 mixer which was recorded at 32 bit, 44.1 sample rate. I set the Studio One to 32bit but when the file comes through it is blank. I can pull other WAV files in that are 16 bit and they populate perfectly. My process is: File / New Song / Name the song / Change the resolution to 32 bit float / Uncheck Stretch Audio / Click OK / Song / Import File / Highlight the file on my hard drive / Click OPEN. I can play the wav file in iTunes and windows media player so I know the file is not corrupted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
