I have set up the MIDI correctly before where everything was working very well. I moved my set up from my bedroom to new recording space and now, AUDIO BOX USB is no longer available as an option to receive input for MIDI. Only available options are None and MIDI IN (which does not work.) How do I get AUDIO BOX USB to be an option again?

Try looking at the Advanced Midi Option Hide Emulated Direct Music Ports to see if toggling it off will result in your device showing up for assignment.
