Hi Presonus Support,

I have been trying to use HorNET's HatefishRhyGenerator instrument plugin to generate rhythm patterms within Studio One.

The plugin produces several outputs on discrete MIDI channels and/or notes, which I would like to route by MIDI channel to separate instruments or plugins in Studio One,

It is possible to route the MIDI data to trigger instruments, but it seems that only channel 1 is recognised.

It is possible to use separate note mappings to trigger discrete sounds within an instrument, but again only within channel 1.

As far as I can tell It is NOT currently possible to route each of the plugin's individual MIDI channel outputs such that each channel controls a separate instrument within Studio One.

I'd like to suggest that you allow each target instrument or effect plugin to specify which input MIDI channel(s) to respond to (default:1 or even all).

Cheers,

Adam
