Registration and activation

I recently received a Positive Grid Spark 40 and it came with an activation key for Studio One. I thought I loaded this into my iPhone but I cannot access any studio mixing or anything. I am brand new to Presonus and need help.

The registration page does not recognise my serial number -  audioBox 96 - U3OKO813839
