Am I missing something or am I trying to hard on this and now I`m just missing something that`s right in front of me? I have a StudioLive 3 series 64s. I am using a 32R rack mixer as a stage box. Also using 5 Earmixes. I am using all 64 channels for my band. (give or take 1 or 2 spares). This is where i get confused, The first 16 avb channels are for my Earmixes. Since there are only 16 avb sends for the earmixes some avb outputs are routed to aux mixes instead of individual channels. So I have 16 avb channels used up for earmixes, 16 avb channels for aux mixes, 2 for mains, and 6 other avb channels used up. ( I cant remember right this second what they are for) using total of 40 avb output channels.Mind you, This is all in AVB output patching. Now In the Avb network I have a second Studio live 3 series 32 channel board I am trying to use for broadcasting. Now I only have 24 avb outputs left. Am I capped at 64 total Avb outputs? As of right now I am only capable to route the 24 avb outputs left to the secondary board. How can I patch at least 32 individual channels on the avb sends if we are capped at 64 sends?
Now let me ask you this, All this patching I said was done for the Main FOH board. Is the secondary board slaved to the FOH patching? Or is the secondary board pull from the stage box directly patching channels 1 to 1 not following the patching from the FOH board. Do I make sense? I feel all over the place with this? Any help is really appreciated.
