The QMIX AI app seems to lock up and lose the ability to change settings after the iPhone app goes to sleep. So now I am instructing team members to double-click the home button and rerun the app.

Is there a better solution for this? Do you have to set the iPhone to never go to sleep? That would be weird if we have to do that.

Yes, every time the phone goes to sleep you'll drop connection, you need to have them set the sleep to NEVER...they can change back afterwards...
