I have the device installed...it shows up in device manager. I also see it listed in the 'receive from' and 'send to' drop down boxes in the 'add device' menu.
But it will not show up when I create a new midi track. I can not select those midi channels because they simply do not appear. I don't know if there is another area of the program I'm supposed set this unit up....there is no guidance....and no youtube videos on this subject.
