Question

I own VocAlign Project 3.

I want to purchase the upgrade to VocAlign Ultra.

I can`t because presonus tells me I need to register VocAlign in my account. But I do not see how I can do this.

Any help very welcome!

Hi. It might be that you have to have purchased Vocalign Project 3 directly from Presonus? I bought Vocalign Project 3 directly from Presonus and it is in my Presonus account. I'm not aware of a way of adding a licence to a Presonus account that was not bought from Presonus. It would seem harsh if you couldn't upgrade based on that situation. Hope you work it out. Let me know how you get on.

That seems to be the issue. Not bought through Presonus but directly through SynchroArts. This is way I don't seem to be able to now buy the cross-grade through Presonus - bad luck for me!
