Is it possible to use my electronic drum pads direct into presonus Fire studio without the unit that gives the pads sound ?

What exactly are you trying to do here? triggers take a voltage spike and trigger a sound bank in the interface. There would not be ANY sound what so ever, and the voltage is LOW. I don't see any way this would work... unless you haven't told us all the details of your plan.
