Are Fire Studio Project interfaces compatible with Studio One 5?

Should be. If you go the product page, drivers are available for various operating systems. The question is, I guess, in the Windows universe, at any rate,  have you got a Windows 10 machine (needed for S5) with a firewire port?

Windows 10 and firewire seems to be no problem: i just set up an i5 / 16GB RAM, PCI firewire card with TI chipset! controlling an old StudioLive 16.0.2 - everything (UC, UC surface @ android, capture) seems to work fine

multitrack recording will be tomorrow with the whole band...
