I have connected my new studio 68c with my Mac Book Pro 16" from 2020 via USB C. It worked for 1 Minute. Then it lost the connection and is no longer recognized by my MBP. Reinstalling the software as well as trying another MacBook has not changed it.
The MBP is running on Big Sur.
After turning the device on it always lights the line button and it is not possible to switch the 48V button on.
To me it seems that it broke shortly after installation. Does anyone have solution for me?
