Universal Control not recognizing my Studio 1824c after last update Feb 2021. Studio One does recognize it and works normally but the Universal Control mixer just displays the ATOM and no longer my Studio 1824c

Is there a resolution for this? I am just about ready to give up and sell all my presonus gear. I have had nothing but problems will all my gear with every update.

I'm having the same problem after the UC update this week. Getting no reaction from Persons at all. Did you ever get resolution?

I got the same problem! I already sent an email, but got no response. I've used Focusrite for 10 years, and I've never had a problem. Presonus is not showing good results. I hope we get support as soon as possible so we don't have to sell the interface and go back to fucusrite.
