My ioStation 24c is not being recognized by Universal Control (updated to latest version) or by Studio One Artist (v5.1.2).
I have a "blue-light" USB connection to my HP Omen 15 laptop; and I am able to play audio to my monitors (using Spotify for example) and the DAW controller functions actually work as intended. BUT the interface is not showing up as an option; I have to select Windows Audio to use it as an interface through Studio One.
Can anyone shed some light on what might be causing this issue?
