Question

I have just installed universal control for windows 7 and now I'm not getting any sound at all except the windows music at startup. The sound bars in universal control are jumping up and down but I'm hearing nothing. I'm also getting no sound from my old soundcard (m-audio delta 2496) and there is no activity in the soundcard monitor. I'm really not sure what to do now. This is the first audio interface that I have purchased. I have installed all the drivers. what to do now?
