I am trying to install the FAT channel volume 1 bundle onto my Series 3 32SX.

https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003518232-StudioLive-Series-III-Fat-Channel-Plugin-Installation

I have referenced this link, and watched a video demonstrating the same thing.

Everything is fine, but when I get to step 5, the list does not show up after the installation process. The yellow "restart the device" does show up. I have restarted everything and tried a few times. It goes through the whole download and install, but somehow can't "finish"

Anyone else have this problem?

I seem to have fixed the issue. This is what I did.
I reset the mixer back to factory default again by holding FX button and powering on.
Opened UC and on the splash opening screen, clicked on File in the top left and signed out of my Presonus account.
Signed back in with my Presonus account. Clicked my mixer to fully open UC clicked on the settings icon and plugins tab.
Clicked Install and it started the install after which the bundle finally populated and then activated automatically. After which I restarted the mixer like it prompted.
Then opened UC and plugins were installed and activated. Checked my mixer and there they were.
Hope this helps.

Hi, I am also suddenly having the same issue on my Studiolive 32SC.
I have reset my mixer back to default and then tried to install my Fat Channel Vol 1 plugins bundle through UC Surface numerous times. They end up not showing in UC Surface at all. This used to work.
