Question

I have an iMac and am considering buying a USB Audiobox. With monitors connected to the Audiobox will these function as speakers when using the Mac for non-recording purposes such as YouTube etc. I don’t want two pairs of speakers or the need to keep swapping connections.

Hi. I'm sure you must be able to. I do so with a Windows PC. On a Windows PC, you have to check the 'release audio device in background' box in Options>Audio Setup> Audio Device for this to work - don't know about a Mac, though. I guess it will be similar? Hope this helps.
