I can't seem to import files longer than 4 minutes from Studio One 2, into Adobe Audition CS6, because from 4 minutes on, the audio gets deleted...

Is your song set to be 4 minutes long?

This is inevitably going to be an error in the configuration of exporting your song or when creating a new song in Adobe Audition.
