I got a pair of Eris E5 monitors. One of them has a problem that only tweeter is working. Problem is not in cables, audio source of connections. Now here is what I just found out: if I disconnect speaker from power outlet for some time, then reconnect it and turn it on, it works for some time (about 2 minutes) and then woofer cuts out at one moment. I don't have a lot of experience in electronics and can't tell what can be causing this problem. I sent it to service and afte 2 weeks they said it was fine and sent it back (they checked both outside and inside and sound was alright). After that it worked for a month and now I am having this issue again.
I created support ticket, but if anyone has any solutions, feel free to share.
