Autosafe hijacks the session even when recording

Hello sir/miss,

When having 'Autosafe' turned on, every time the program safes the session it doesn't do this in the background. Instead it will start packaging all your regions. Also the ones in hidden layers.

If your session is big enough (like the session I am currently working in) this can take minutes. And it happens also when you are in the middle of recording a take. So when you, for instance, are overdubbing a couple of words, the S1 will start saving the session and more or less freeze while it keeps on recording. Afterwards the whole track will be filled with one big long empty region, with an occasional curseword here and there ;-)

Could this please be fixed or changed? I do not want to deactivate autosafe because, well, you know...
