There is Universal Control Ai with UC Surfafce for: StudioLive 32Ai, 24Ai, 16Ai, RM16Ai, RM32Ai, CS18Ai, Studio 192 and Studio 192 Mobile
- The current version is at 1.5.0 (at the time of this writing)
Then there is older Universal Control software with VSL Control panel for StudioLive 1642, 2442, 1602.
This same software also has drivers and device control panels for: FireStudio Mobile, FireStudio Project, FireStudio Tube and FireStudio Lightpipe.
- The current version is at 1.7.3 with the accompanying software package of 1.6.1.

Looking at your account I see that you have an RM32Ai mixer.
The driver download for your RM32Ai is available in your My PreSonus Account and on the driver download page:

Make sure to remove the version of Universal Control you have installed on your system before installing UC AI software.
On Windows use Programs and Features panel in the Windows Control Panel to remove Universal Control.
