I bout my presonus atom at fleamarket when i try to registered my instrument  say already registered  wat do i do is it worthless now

Unfortunately, having bought the Atom second hand you are not entitled to the free software that comes with the Atom.  That software is only available to the person who first registered the device.  You do not need to register the device for it to work.  You only need the Universal Control software an either V4 for the original atom or V5 for the Atom SQ.
