Question

Dear PreSonus,

I was trying to record guitar in Studio One but it just didn't allow me to record.

The input channel was working, I could hear the guitar through the gear.

I used Studio One 5 Prime which was installed an hour ago. I've had this problem with other versions of studio one as well before.

Thank you in advance for your, I hope you'll have some advice for me.

i've got the same problem with the Presonus audiobox USB 26 and Studio one 5.

Also the extra downloads won't work, it says "failed"
