My Ableton Live Lite serial number disappeared when i clicked on the Presonus link to activate

I just purchased the Atom SQ. It came with Ableton Live Lite. When I clicked on it it linked me to Ableton but it still asks for a serial number. The serial number disappeared one i clicked on it and I have no way of opening Ableton. What do I do?
