I've been searching, but haven't found my answer so far. Hope anyone can help.

So the idea is to use the Quantum as my main interface and the StudioLive for extra mic/line inputs like mr JXL here in this video (who combines it with the Apollo), and I was wondering if I can connect both to the same computer, or do I need some 2nd computer and link them together. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

- I'm running Windows 10 on a single computer with Cubase.

Old thread but yes you can! I run a SL32 console with the Quantum 2626. The 2626 is used as the interface and the SL32 as the control in DAW mode.  If at times I need more inputs, the SL32 is used in mixer mode and routed to the quantum 2626 via TRS. You can not run both as an interface at the same time. Having both units together offers a world of flexibility though for almost any recording application. Presonus makes great stock plugins which are also available in the SL32 in standalone mode. You can use the SL mixers compression and shoot the controlled signal into hardware compressors. Or, you can take care of nasty frequencies before hitting outboard gear..ect.
