My system quits the error created is saying: C:\Users\Johnny\App Data\Roaming\Presonus

That's would be where the memory dump,.dmp file, would be located. It's created when the crash happens. You can contact tech support and attach that file so they can be of better help to you. Just a heads up, App Data is a hidden folder, so you might have to enable view hidden folders in Folder Options in windows file explorer.
